Cancellation Policy

1. Donation Cancellations

Due to the immediate allocation of charitable donations to field activities, disaster relief stockpiles, and beneficiary assistance, confirmed online donations cannot be cancelled once processed.

2. Volunteer and Partnership Applications

Volunteers and prospective CSR/institutional partners who have submitted application forms or collaboration proposals may withdraw or cancel their participation at any time by sending an email notice to hello@dctind.org.

3. Event or Program Changes

Diara Charitable Trust reserves the right to reschedule or modify community awareness drives, training programs, or volunteer workshops due to severe weather conditions, seasonal floods, or administrative directives.
